SHIPPING POLICY
At Kultur Code, we offer worldwide shipping to bring our unique Caribbean culture inspired apparel around the globe. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of your item(s). Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment in a timely manner, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for any incorrect information. If the package is returned non-delivered we will issue a store credit in the form of of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from kulturcode.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Shipping is not available to a P.O. Box.
All items are shipping with signature tracking and restricted signature tracking. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service or FedEx - depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Kultur Code does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirm as being delivered.
